Qualifications
- Must demonstrate leadership in a fast-paced retail/experiential setting.
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and onboard staff.
- Experience driving sales and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily photo operations and guest experiences at the venue.
- Create schedules and ensure proper staffing coverage.
- Recruit, hire, train, and onboard team members.
- Oversee daily operations and site performance.
- Respond promptly to business calls and emails.
- Drive sales and ensure cash handling compliance.
- Verify and submit deposits and financial paperwork.
- Coach team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Build relationships with venue partners and vendors.
- Support seasonal setup, breakdown, and equipment security.
