Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Tacoma Mall to lead a small team during peak season. The role supports daily photo operations, drives sales and guest service excellence, and helps ensure a memorable Santa experience.

Responsibilities include hiring support, scheduling, inventory, and coaching of seasonal staff. This is a part-time, hourly position with flexible shifts and progressive opportunity within our photo division.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently and make sound decisions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Minimum 20 hours per week and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values and policies.
• Support opening-day preparations: hiring, inventory, training and scheduling.
• Capture photos and help guests select memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management as needed.
• Assist the Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting and other tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
