Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Maplewood Mall in Saint Paul, MN. You will support the Local Manager, lead a seasonal team, and ensure a magical guest experience with high-quality photo operations during the holiday season.

The role offers flexible scheduling, same-day pay options, and opportunities to grow within the souvenir photography division. Strong leadership and customer service skills are essential for driving sales and service

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable in a cash handling/sales transaction position.
Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
Availability for pre-season training and flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, holidays.
Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Able to lift 10–25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Promote a positive, collaborative environment upholding company values and policies.
Assist with opening-day preparations: hiring, inventory, equipment setup, scheduling, training, and procedures.
Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs.
Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by management.
Troubleshoot tech issues and escalate to IT or Local Management as needed.
Assist the Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned.
