Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Park Meadows. You will work with the Local Manager to lead the seasonal team, oversee daily photo operations, drive sales and guest service, and ensure a memorable Santa visit and photo experience for families.

Flexibility is essential, with evenings, weekends, and holiday coverage. Benefits include same-day pay, an employee referral program, and exclusive holiday perks for you and your family.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lead a team.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a cash handling/sales transaction position.
• Ability to work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to attend required pre-season training.
• Able to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values.
• Support opening-day preparations, including hiring, inventory, scheduling and training.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs.
• Photography experience not required.
• Resolve customer concerns and service issues to enhance guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed.
• Assist Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and other admin tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
