Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Southern Park Mall to help lead the team during peak season. You’ll support daily photo operations, motivate seasonal staff, drive sales and guest service excellence, and ensure a memorable Santa visit experience for families.

You’ll collaborate with the Local Manager, handle scheduling and training, and contribute to a fast-paced, joyful environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently, and make sound decisions.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment while upholding company values and policies.
• Support opening-day preparations including hiring, inventory, scheduling and training.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs to take home (photography not required).
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Lead by example and reinforce procedures set by senior management.
• Assist the Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
