Job summary

Cherry Hill Programs Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at The Shops at Kenilworth in Towson, MD. You will assist the Local Manager, lead a seasonal team, drive sales, and ensure a magical guest experience during peak holiday times.

You’ll support daily photo operations, help schedule staff, and maintain high standards for guest service and safety. Training and a dynamic, fast-paced environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication, organization and time‑management skills.
• Comfortable with cash handling/sales transactions.
• Ability to lead a team, work independently and make sound decisions.
• Availability for pre-season training and flexible scheduling (evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment and uphold company policies.
• Assist with opening-day preparations including hiring, inventory, scheduling and training.
• Capture photos and help guests select memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure a positive experience.
• Lead by example and support senior management procedures.
