Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at Layton Hills Mall. You will assist the Local Manager, lead a seasonal team, drive sales and guest service, and ensure a memorable Santa photo experience. The role requires open availability, strong communication, and the ability to handle cash and staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to handle cash transactions.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Experience leading a team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support opening-day preparations, including hiring completion, inventory, equipment setup/testing, scheduling, training, and opening/closing procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests choose memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve customer concerns to ensure positive guest experiences.
• Lead by example and reinforce management procedures.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when needed.
• Assist Local Manager with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and admin tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
