Mira Home is seeking a Seasonal Home Care Specialist (Pest Control Technician) to manage residential pest control on a route-based schedule. You will operate a company vehicle and lead daily field activities while receiving full management support.

The role is designed for entry-level individuals seeking field service experience, with paid training and opportunities for performance bonuses and commissions. Schedule typically runs 10am–7pm, Monday–Saturday, with 40–60 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old and a valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass background check and drug screening.
• Comfortable working outdoors and entering residential homes.
• Willing to train in pest control; prior experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect & Treat: conduct detailed inspections of residential properties and apply targeted pest control solutions safely.
• Document: record pest activity and treatment details after each appointment.
• Safety First: adhere to all product labels and state regulations to ensure safe and compliant practices.
• Customer Service: be the friendly face our customers trust to solve their problems.
• Equipment Care: keep your company vehicle and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order.
