Job summary

Mira Home is seeking a Seasonal Home Care Specialist (Pest Control Technician) to keep residential properties pest-free during the busy season. This route-based role suits entry-level general labor or field-service experience, with you leading daily field operations while supported by a strong management team.

You’ll inspect and treat homes, document pest activity after each visit, follow safety guidelines, and provide friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with 3+ years driving experience.
• Comfortable working outdoors and entering residential homes.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Pest control experience is a plus; training may be provided.

• Inspect & Treat: Conduct detailed inspections of residential properties and apply targeted pest control solutions safely.
• Document: Record pest activity and treatment details after each appointment.
• Safety First: Adhere to all product labels and state regulations to ensure safe and compliant practices.
• Customer Service: Be the friendly face our customers trust to solve their problems.
• Equipment Care: Keep your company vehicle and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order.

About the role* As aSeasonal Home Care Specialist (Pest Control Technician), you will be the frontline hero keeping our community’s homes pest-free during our busiest season. This is a route-based position ideal for those seeking entry-level general labor or field service experience. You will join a high-energy team that values independence, where you will lead your daily operations in the field while receiving full support from our management team.

Pay Information:

• $ 18 - $19 Per Hour
• Expected schedule: Monday through Saturday 10am - 7pm, approx. 40-60 hours per week
• Season runs now through late Fall!
• Overtime available
• Age requirement: Due to company auto insurance requirements, all candidates must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Bonus Potential: Up to $750 per month based on performance KPIs and upsells.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (3+ years driving experience).
• Comfortable working outdoors and entering residential homes.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and operate equipment.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Experience in pest control is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 Per Hour
