Job summary

Fortune Fish & Gourmet is seeking a dependable Delivery Driver to support peak season in the Central Illinois Bloomington-Normal area, transporting seafood, beef, poultry and gourmet products to restaurants and retailers while protecting product integrity and delivering excellent service.

The role requires safe operation of company vehicles, adherence to HACCP and DOT regulations, proper loading/unloading, and accurate documentation. Availability for long shifts and Saturdays is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of commercial driving experience.
• Customer service oriented with a friendly, courteous demeanor.
• Ability to work long shifts, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and unload perishable products to customers following routes.
• Maintain safety standards and HACCP guidelines during transport.
• Perform pre-trip checks and vehicle safety inspections.
• Obtain signatures and process payments where applicable.
• Ensure temperature-controlled transport maintains required conditions.
