Arbor Property Management is seeking a Seasonal Make Ready Technician in San Antonio, TX to prepare vacant apartments for new residents. You will perform repairs, painting, inspections, and quality improvements to meet move-in standards, supporting efficient turnover and protecting owner investments.

Responsibilities include completing apartment turns, coordinating schedules, inspecting units, and reporting additional repairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of multifamily maintenance or related experience.
• Knowledge of painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Ability to safely use maintenance tools and equipment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
