Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive selling and clienteling.
• Deliver a consistent, brand-aligned customer experience on the sales floor.
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training.
• Utilize digital tools and alternative purchasing processes (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home).
• Broaden product discovery using QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual tools.
• Engage in networking to build clientele and provide feedback to management on opportunities.
• Maintain sales floor standards and ensure store presentation at all times.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with customers and store colleagues.
• Ability to operate register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts or travel.
