Summary

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors deliver personalized, customer-first service on the sales floor to drive daily and long-term sales. This seasonal role supports store initiatives and leverages in-store and digital tools to broaden product discovery and alternative purchasing options. Ambassadors collaborate with the team, participate in training, and provide feedback to management to uphold store standards and the brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales to achieve store goals.
• Provide personalized service, engage customers, and begin building a clientele.
• Utilize "More Ways to Shop" and digital tools (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, QR codes, digital catalogs) to support alternative purchasing and product discovery.
• Support company and store initiatives and represent the brand experience on the sales floor.
• Participate in team training and adopt new technology to execute business results.
• Maintain sales floor standards and ensure the store environment meets expectations at all times.
• Provide feedback to management on category opportunities, customer needs, and store performance.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty experience preferred.

• Ability to operate the register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift up to 30 lbs.
