Responsibilities

• Drive sales by putting customers at the center of decisions and working toward daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Deliver a consistent customer experience, build client relationships, and support company and store initiatives.
• Use alternative shopping and purchasing tools, including digital catalogs, virtual stores, and ship-to-home options.
• Participate in team training and share feedback with management about successes, customer needs, and category opportunities.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards and support a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Operate a register and remain standing, moving, and walking for multiple hours.
• Lift or climb up to 30 pounds and work around the sales floor, stockroom, dressing room, and cashwrap.
