Job summary

Three Rivers Park District in Bloomington, MN, is seeking a Seasonal Park Service Assistant at Hyland Hills Ski Area to support facility operations, guest services, security and safety, helping create enjoyable park experiences while safeguarding resources.

This 6-month, seasonal role requires 18+ and a clean driving record; CPR/AED and First Aid are preferred. The district offers perks such as a free ski pass for employees.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older; CPR/AED, First Aid preferred.
• High school graduate or GED and two years of post-high school education in parks and recreation, natural resources, social sciences, law enforcement or criminal justice studies or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates interest in pursuit of a career in natural resources/park law enforcement.
• Valid Class D Minnesota Driver's License with the ability to operate cars and light trucks. State of Minnesota Snowmobile Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of facility, public relations, security, and safety support to enhance park guest experiences while protecting park district property and resources.
• Support operations at Hyland Hills Ski Area in Bloomington, MN while ensuring guest safety and enjoyment.

Three Rivers Park District is seeking to fill Seasonal Park Service Assistant positions at Hyland Hills Ski Area in Bloomington, MN. This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of facility, public relations, security, and safety support in a manner that enhances park guest experiences while protecting the Park District property and resources.

This position is scheduled to close 11/25/2026.
