Qualifications

• One year of laboring work experience or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Must meet Pennsylvania residency requirements.
• Ability to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance work using tools and equipment for building and grounds upkeep.
• Care for facilities by cleaning buildings, restrooms, and park areas to maintain safety.
• Operate mowers, UTVs, chainsaws, and other equipment for park duties.
• Support construction tasks including repairs, carpentry, painting, and basic projects.
• Maintain trails and roads by clearing debris, repairing small structures, and cleaning drains.
