Qualifications

• One year of laboring work experience using tools and equipment in maintenance or construction.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Building Repairs: basic repairs to park buildings and facilities using multiple trades.
• Equipment Operation: operate and maintain vehicles and equipment while traveling among the parks.
• Grounds Care: mowing, trimming, planting, and general grounds upkeep for cleanliness and safety.
• Construction Assistance: assist with routine construction tasks including mixing cement and laying stone.
• Housekeeping Duties: clean and restock restrooms, buildings, and pavilions; perform minor repairs.
• Visitor Assistance: provide information to park visitors and complete required forms.
