Qualifications

• This position requires one year of laboring work experience including the use of maintenance tools or an equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Manual Labor: Dig holes and ditches and load materials using hand tools.
• Grounds Work: Mow and trim grass with various mowing equipment.
• Facility Upkeep: Clean buildings and remove snow from walkways and roads.
• Repair Tasks: Make repairs to structures using common trade tools.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain tractors, pumps, compressors, and similar equipment.
• Project Assistance: Assist skilled workers with cement work and wall construction.
