They drive our familiar brown trucks, delivering packages of all sizes to customers. They are friendly, physically active, enjoy fast-paced outdoor work, and being behind the wheel.

SHIFT YOUR SKILLS

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
• Valid driver’s license (no CDL required, license type varies by state)
• Pass the DOT physical
• Excellent customer service and driving skills
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Adherence to UPS appearance guidelines and wearing the company-provided uniform

Full-time work involves 8-10 hours per day, with workdays varying (Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday) based on business needs.

*This is a seasonal role. It’s a great starting point at UPS and can lead to permanent employment. Permanent drivers earn an average total compensation of $145,000 annually, including healthcare, paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, and option days.
