Who are casual UPS Package Delivery Drivers?

They drive our familiar brown trucks, delivering packages of all sizes to customers. They are friendly, physically active, and enjoy fast-paced work outdoors and behind the wheel.

SHIFT YOUR SKILLS

What does it take to succeed in this role?

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license (no CDL required; license type varies by state).
• Pass the DOT physical.
• Excellent customer service and driving skills.
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Compliance with UPS appearance guidelines and wearing the company-provided uniform.

Full-time UPS employees work 8-10 hours daily, with workdays varying (Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday) based on business needs.

*This is a seasonal role. Starting as a seasonal driver can lead to a permanent position with additional benefits. Permanent full-time drivers earn an average total compensation of $145,000 annually, including healthcare, paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, and other benefits.
