Who exactly are casual UPS Package Delivery Drivers?

They drive our familiar brown trucks, delivering packages of all sizes to customers. They are friendly, physically active team members who enjoy fast-paced work, being outdoors, and driving.

SHIFT YOUR SKILLS

To succeed in delivering packages to homes and businesses in your community, you should have:

• The ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• A valid driver’s license—no CDL required (license type varies by state)
• Passed the DOT physical
• Excellent customer service and driving skills
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Compliance with UPS appearance guidelines and wearing the company-provided uniform

Full-time UPS employees typically work 8 to 10 hours per day. Workdays can be Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday, depending on business needs.

*This is a seasonal role. Starting as a seasonal driver can lead to a permanent position, which offers benefits such as an average total compensation of $145,000 per year, zero healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, and paid time off for holidays, sick leave, and option days.
