They drive our familiar brown trucks, delivering packages of all sizes to customers. They are friendly, physically active, enjoy fast-paced outdoor work, and are behind the wheel!

SHIFT YOUR SKILLS

What does it take to succeed in this role?

• The ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license—no CDL required (license type varies by state)
• Pass the DOT physical
• Excellent customer service and driving skills
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Compliance with UPS appearance guidelines and wearing the company-provided uniform

Full-time employees work 8-10 hours daily, with workdays typically Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, depending on business needs.

*This is a seasonal role, which can be a great starting point at UPS. It may lead to a permanent position with additional benefits, including an average total compensation of $145,000 per year for permanent drivers, with no healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, and paid time off for holidays, sick leave, and option days.
