Who are casual UPS Package Delivery Drivers?

They drive our familiar brown trucks, delivering packages of all sizes to customers. They are friendly, physically active, and enjoy fast-paced, outdoor work behind the wheel.

SHIFT YOUR SKILLS

To succeed in this role, you should be able to:

• Lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Possess a valid driver’s license (no CDL required, license type varies by state).
• Pass the DOT physical.
• Provide excellent customer service and driving skills.
• Have the legal right to work in the U.S.
• Wear the company-provided uniform and adhere to UPS appearance guidelines.

Full-time employees work 8-10 hours per day, with workdays varying between Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday based on business needs.
