Shift Your Skills

Requirements to succeed in this role include:

• Lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license (no CDL required, license type varies by state)
• Passing the DOT physical
• Excellent customer service and driving skills
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Compliance with UPS appearance guidelines and wearing the company uniform

Full-time employees typically work 8-10 hours daily, with workdays varying between Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday based on business needs.

*This is a seasonal role, which can be a great starting point at UPS. It may lead to permanent employment with benefits, including an average total compensation of $145,000 per year for permanent drivers, covering healthcare, paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, and more.
