Job summary

Pilgrim Parking, Inc. in Boston, MA is seeking an Overnight Valet Attendant for a seasonal, full-time role at Folio Garage. Earn $20 per hour plus tips with Monday–Friday 11PM–7AM shifts.

You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, explain rates, and help guests retrieve their self-parking options. Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years and be able to drive a manual transmission; expect standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests cheerfully and assist with valet parking.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Explain parking rates and guide guests to self-park options.
• Inspect vehicles before possession and follow company guidelines.
• Maintain neat uniform appearance and provide excellent guest service.
• Assist with small cleaning or maintenance tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties based on operational needs.

Pilgrim Parking is currently hiring Valet Attendants for full-time seasonal opportunities to start immediately.

What we're looking for*

• Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
• Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
• Help the business by inspecting each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines.
• Impress us all by maintaining the company uniform appearance, cheerfully greeting and thanking guests, resolving issues, and by being an all-around pleasure to be with.
• Be outside and active most of your day, standing walking, and sometimes helping with items weighing up to 50lbs.
• And you may be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.

Must haves

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
• Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
