Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service.
• Basic knowledge and skill of power tools.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and push 100 lbs daily.
• Willing to work outside in all weather.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Shares tree knowledge to service the customer to assist with purchases by cutting, baling, and tying trees to vehicles.
• Delivers a seamless shopping experience through MPOS for efficient checkout.
• Enjoys outdoor work in varying weather while staying positive, respectful, and helpful.
• Assists leadership in maintaining tree yard standards and stocking trees.
• Adheres to store safety standards, inventory accuracy, cost controls, and company policies.
