Bass Pro Shops in Springfield, MO is seeking a Seasonal Hunting Associate to support counter sales and customer service for hunting/archery merchandise (non-firearms). This part-time role emphasizes greeting customers, answering questions, making product recommendations, and helping shoppers find the right gear.

You will maintain merchandise, assist with seasonal floor moves, promote programs (CLUB, in-store pickup), and uphold store policies.

Formación

• Customer service and sales of Hunting/Archery Merchandise (NON-Firearms).
• GCA compliance knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and provide prompt, friendly service.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products accordingly.
• Promote programs like CLUB membership, VOC and in-store pickup.
• Organize and maintain non-firearms hunting/archery merchandise at the gun counter.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves neat and signed.
• Stay knowledgeable on advertised sales and pricing.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned.
