Backcountry is hiring a Seasonal Retail Gearhead (Sales Associate) to join our store team for the holiday season. You will help customers find the right outdoor gear and apparel, provide product information, and process transactions efficiently.

The ideal candidate has a passion for outdoor activities and strong communication skills. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings during the November through February seasonal period is required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
• Retail sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are important.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings during the Nov–Feb season.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers with purchases.
• Provide product information, advice, and recommendations.
