Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking an Equipment Operator I to operate power equipment (reach trucks, forklifts, dock lifts) and move inventory throughout the distribution center.

You will work with warehouse systems and RF scanners to fulfill orders and ensure accurate handling of products. The role requires attention to detail, physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the ability to stand for long shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in a distribution, warehouse, or logistics environment is a plus
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for the duration of shift with breaks
• Complete required power equipment training and obtain certification/licensure upon hire
• Ability to multitask
• Self-motivated and team oriented
• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

• Apply basic math skills to verify and adjust quantities, accurately fulfill orders, and make necessary adjustments
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), radio frequency (RF) scanners, and other equipment to complete job duties
• Follow written, verbal, and computer-delivered instructions accurately to perform assigned tasks
• Identify inventory correctly and match product numbers to ensure proper handling and storage
• Demonstrate manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination for tasks requiring grasping, holding, or fine motor skills
• Maintain accurate records and verify documentation to support merchandise flow through the distribution center
• Operate motorized and non-motorized power equipment such as forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and order selectors for majority of working hours
• Adhere to all company safety protocols, to ensure a safe work environment
• When necessary, individual is flexible and willing to work in other areas of the DC
