Job summary

Red Stag Fulfillment in Tennessee is seeking an Outbound Team Member to support our busy peak season with accurate pack/pick/ship, inventory control, and fast same-day fulfillment.

You will cross-train in multiple departments, handle lifting up to 50 pounds, operate forklifts, and maintain safety and reliability while meeting client goals. This seasonal role offers growth potential into a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to cross train in other departments; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Select orders with accuracy and speed to meet client goals.
• Retrieve orders using technology and barcode scanners according to quantity and product accuracy.
• Safely handle racking systems, pallets, and forklift operations.
• Load and unload trucks using totes, jacks, and forklifts.
