Job summary

Red Stag Fulfillment is seeking an outbound team member for our Knoxville-area warehouse. This seasonal role focuses on accurate pick/pack/shipping, inventory control, and efficient order fulfillment within a fast-paced environment.

The position requires operating various forklifts, lifting up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work Sunday-Thursday 4:30pm-1am. Potential to convert to full-time based on performance and attendance.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work overtime on short notice to meet clients' goals.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and utilize team lift assistance for heavier items.
• Must be able to walk for long periods through large facilities and stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Selecting orders with accuracy and speed that align with our client goals.
• Deploying your attention to detail that adds quality and confidence to consumers for their products.
• Efficiently retrieving orders using our technology and barcode scanners according to quantity and product accuracy.
• Safely working with racking systems and loading/unloading pallets.
• Experience with different kinds of lifts including Stand up (reach), Sit Down, Turret, and stock picker.
• Loading and unloading trucks using totes, jacks, and forklifts.
