Job summary

Red Stag Fulfillment is seeking an Outbound Team Member for our busy peak season. The role focuses on accurate pack/pick/ship services, precise inventory control, and rapid, same-day fulfillment. You will train across multiple departments to achieve perfection in performance and efficiency.

This seasonal position offers a pathway to full-time work based on attendance and performance. Weekend shifts run Friday–Sunday, 6am–6:30pm, with potential for year-round opportunities within a growing 3PL

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to walk long distances and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work overtime on short notice and cross-train across departments.

Responsibilities

• Select orders with accuracy and speed to meet client goals.
• Retrieve orders using technology and barcode scanners.
• Safely load/unload pallets and operate lifting equipment.
• Work across departments as needed to ensure on-time fulfillment.
