Job summary

The Andersons, Inc. is seeking a grain operations assistant to perform receiving, storage, cleaning, packaging and shipping tasks. This role contributes to timely service for customers and requires following safety protocols in a facility-driven environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, or are pursuing one, and no prior experience is required. You will work under close supervision with clearly defined duties and opportunities to learn across the grain operations team.

Qualifications

• Work is prescribed and completed with close supervision and little autonomy.
• Duties are clearly defined and methods and tasks are described in detail.

Position Overview

This position is responsible for performing operations tasks involving the receiving, storage, cleaning, packaging and shipping of grain.
