UPS is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead safety, production, and attendance, setting high standards for accuracy, service, and efficiency. This role develops teams and coaches staff, ensuring compliance with policies and government requirements across all levels.

The position emphasizes building strong cross-functional relationships, driving continuous improvement, delivering training, and maintaining a positive, team-oriented work culture.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kg.
• Flexible to work up to 5 days per week.
