Job summary

UPS seeks a Seasonal Supervisor to lead and develop workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance. You will set high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety, while fostering strong relationships across levels.

You will supervise execution, facilitate training, ensure compliance with policies, manage resources for maximum output, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Industry certifications not required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and procedures at all times.
