Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions in Moreland, GA is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of onsite hourly staff and optimize warehouse operations. You will supervise workloads, coach employees, and ensure timely completion of deliverables while maintaining high service levels.

You will run metrics, analyze data, and prepare summaries for client meetings. Strong communication, problem-solving, and schedule flexibility are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Superior customer service, organization and time management.
• Intermediate level Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Web-based Applications/Systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate and problem solve in a fast paced, and fluid environment.
• Ability to adjust schedule and be present during changing business needs.

Job Summary

This is an Operations Manager role supporting our client in Moreland, GA.

Basic Requirements:

• 3+ years supervisory experience in a warehouse environment, large group experience is a plus
• Superior customer service, organization and time management skills
• Intermediate level Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Web-based Applications/Systems

• Ability to operate and problem solve in a fast paced, and fluid environment
• Ability to adjust schedule and be present during changing business needs
