Job summary

Innovative Ag Services Seasonal is seeking dependable seasonal Operation team members to help us manage inventory and logistics during our busiest window of the year in Sept. – Nov. It’s fast-paced, high-impact work that keeps our local agriculture community moving forward.

Primary Objective: To provide daily location operations support efficiently and safely. Maintain location equipment and facilities for the benefit of IAS and its member owners.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a minimum of a Class B CDL or a Seasonal Class B CDL.
• Class A with Hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Demonstrates initiative and commitment to completing assignments efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Report to assigned workplace at the time specified; report late arrivals or absences to supervisor prior to start time
• Operation and maintenance of equipment and facilities as assigned
• Assist and follow preventative maintenance activities and record.
• Assist with the distribution of farm supply products and grain when assigned
• Maintain the cleanliness of shop and warehouse areas in which you are working
• Participate in safety and job-related training programs provided by the company
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety and conduct
• Create a positive, professional image to customers and the community
• Maintain required licenses, physicals, etc., necessary to perform job requirements
• Accept and carry out other assigned duties given by the location manager
