Job summary

Role focuses on daily location operations support and equipment maintenance. Work includes safety training, adherence to policies, and lifting up to 50 pounds in a agricultural environment with some outdoor exposure.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license; CDL preferred.
• Ability to operate and maintain equipment and facilities.
• Ability to work safely and follow company policies.

Responsibilities

• Report to the assigned workplace on time and notify supervisor of absences.
• Operate and maintain equipment and facilities as assigned.
• Assist with preventative maintenance activities and recordkeeping.
• Assist with distribution of farm supplies and grain.
• Maintain cleanliness of shop and warehouse areas.
• Participate in safety and job-related training programs.
• Follow safety and conduct policies; maintain a professional image.
• Maintain required licenses and physicals.
• Accept other duties as assigned by location manager.
