Job summary

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Christmas at the Princess seasonal program. This part-time role focuses on building high-performing teams, guest service, and operational excellence during the holiday season.

You will report to the Christmas at the Princess Operations Manager, leading a dedicated team, managing staffing and training, and ensuring safety and policy compliance while delivering memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Seasonal dates: October 15 through January 10.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in TimeSaver, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and POS systems.
• Current Maricopa County Food Handler Card and Arizona Liquor Server Certification.
• Demonstrated success in talent development and team leadership.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak event periods.
• Visa requirements: Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Promote safety and loss prevention through daily operations.
• Maintain OSHA standards to provide a safe working environment.
