Job summary

The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking energetic Seasonal Event Staff for the Christmas at the Princess program. This part-time role supports a luxury resort environment, delivering warm guest experiences during Halloween through the New Year period and events like Christmas at the Princess.

Reporting to the Director of Resort Experience, you’ll need availability evenings, weekends and holidays, and a passion for hospitality with Five Diamond standards.

Responsibilities

• Seasonal dates: October 31 through January 10.
• Anticipate guests' needs and create memorable experiences.
• Provide a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of event activities and inclusions.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
• Represent Five Diamond standards of the resort.
• Assist guests with directions in a helpful way.
• Other duties as assigned.
