Job summary

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Christmas at the Princess event. You will report to the Operations Manager, build high-performing teams, coach staff, and deliver engaging, memorable holiday experiences for every guest.

Seasonal work runs Oct 15 through Jan 10. You’ll manage staffing, onboarding, training, and labor costs while maintaining service standards, safety (OSHA), and a culture of collaboration in a fast-paced, guest‑centric environment.

Qualifications

• Seasonal dates: October 15 through January 10.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in TimeSaver, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and POS systems.
• Maricopa County Food Handler Card and Arizona Liquor Server Certification.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, peak event periods.

Responsibilities

• Develop, inspire, and retain top talent for the holiday team.
• Coach team members to maximize performance and guest service.
• Manage onboarding and ongoing training for staff.
• Lead operations to deliver engaging, memorable holiday experiences.
• Maintain safety, OSHA standards, and loss prevention in daily operations.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled and resolve guest concerns.
