Job summary

M&M’S Mall of America is seeking an Operations Associate in Bloomington, MN to process shipments, prepare and set up the chocolate room, perform cycle counts, and merchandise items for the sales floor while ensuring our guests have a memorable experience.

The role requires 18+ years and eligibility to work in the U.S.; no education or prior retail experience is required. Wages start at 17.00 per hour with flexible schedules, and opportunities for ongoing development and benefits through Mars Inc.

• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.

• No Education or previous retail experience required
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers

Responsibilities

• Process shipments, prepare and setup chocolate room, complete cycle counts, and merchandise items for the sales floor.
• Provide exceptional guest service while filling in for Guest Experience Associates on the retail floor.
• Support store operations to ensure a memorable guest experience.
