Job summary

M&M'S Mall of America is seeking Seasonal Part Time Retail Associates at the Mall of America in Bloomington, MN. The role pays $17.00 per hour and offers immediate openings with possibility to extend into a permanent position based on business needs and performance.

Associates will be trained across sales floor areas to deliver an exceptional guest experience, covering roles from character work to cashiering and merchandising, with flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must smile and work in a fast-paced environment to create memorable guest experiences.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be 16 years or older to apply.
• No education or prior retail experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to share information with diverse guests and peers.
• Self-starter who can work independently or in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
