Responsibilities

• Customer Service – assist customers and answer questions on the floor.
• Executes pricing and signing – adjust ticket prices and signage as needed.
• Replenish and restock the store to ensure sizes and styles are available.
• Receive and unload merchandise from trucks and prepare backroom stock.
• Maintain backroom standards and organize the stockroom.
• Fulfills online jcp.com orders when needed.
• Execute merchandising plans to keep store looking consistent and inviting.
• Participate in a learning environment to adopt new processes and products.
