You should be able to lift up to 45 lbs, follow safety procedures, and stay flexible with schedules, overtime, and weekend shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow daily assignments, order priorities, and shipping deadlines from the Operations Supervisor or Manager.
• Pick products using order details, pick lists, or system instructions; verify product numbers, quantities, and order information.
• Pack orders using appropriate materials and procedures, label packages accurately, and prepare shipments for carrier pickup.
• Sort, stage, and organize outgoing orders in designated shipping areas.
• Inspect products and packaging for damage or discrepancies and report issues to a supervisor.
• Assist with replenishing picking locations, organizing inventory, and restocking packing supplies as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and complete end-of-shift housekeeping.
