Job summary

Crate & Barrel in Roseville, CA is seeking Seasonal Operations Associates to support store teams during the holidays. You’ll help keep shelves stocked, assist customers, and ensure smooth curbside and in-store pick up experiences.

This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and a friendly, customer-first approach. Weekend availability after Thanksgiving and during Christmas is required; part-time scheduling accommodates weekend days and some weekdays.

Qualifications

• Ability to move and/or lift up to 50 pounds; heavier merchandise with team assist.

Responsibilities

• Perform prompt and accurate stock checks and maintain an organized stockroom.
• Ensure product and displays on the sales floor are stocked and available for customers.
• Process incoming/outgoing packages, curbside pick-up orders, ship from store, and BOPIS orders in a timely manner.
• Support and maintain store sales and service goals and standards as directed by leadership.
• Engage customers to drive sales and share product knowledge when needed.
• Promote teamwork and assist in achieving store profitability and operational excellence.

A day in the life as a Seasonal Operations Associate...

• Perform prompt and accurate stock checks, while maintaining an organized and efficient stockroom.
• Assist the leadership team with ensuring product and displays on the sales floor are stocked appropriately and available for customers to purchase.
• Process incoming and outgoing packages, including customer curbside pick-up orders, ship from store, and buy online, pick up in store, in a timely manner.
• Support and maintain store sales and service goals and standards as communicated by the leadership team.
• Drive sales through engagement of customers, sharing and demonstrating product knowledge and product expertise, as needed.
• Lead by example and support store leadership in holding self and others accountable for store profitability and operational excellence.
• Have awareness of current promotions, brand initiatives/events, store services, collaborations, and promote them to customers.
• Maintain an awareness of loss prevention, security and safety following the guidelines provided by leadership and/or as outlined in the Associate Policy Manual.
• Promote a strong sense of teamwork by working together safely, effectively, respectfully and efficiently with all associates.
