Job summary

NW Service Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Assembly Technician to work on-site at local Retail Stores, assembling diverse products such as Barbecues, Wheelbarrows, Lawn Tractors, Work Benches and Furniture in Sunnyvale, CA.

The role is seasonal with flexible scheduling and starts at an hourly wage with potential for rising pay as you gain speed. Training is provided and after completion pay transitions to a piece-rate model, with experienced techs earning upward of $30 per hour depending on

Qualifications

• Day-shift/early morning availability.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Mechanical aptitude; handy and able to follow instructions.
• Smartphone and email access required.
• Mobile internet access required.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to pass a drug test.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Reliable transportation to work sites.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ lbs.
• Experience welcome but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and repair products per manufacturer instructions.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with clients.
• Check in with retailer management to confirm build list and inventory.
• Generate and complete invoices daily.
• Report and communicate with Area Manager.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and leave a clean build area.
• Other duties per employee handbook.
