Job summary

NW Service Enterprises, Inc. is seeking Assembly Technicians to work on-site at local Retail Stores such as Lowe's, assembling merchandise and displays, including barbecues, wheelbarrows, lawn tractors, work benches and furniture.

Available work is seasonal with flexible scheduling; pay transitions to piece rate after training, averaging $18–$25 per hour, with experienced techs earning up to $30/hour. You will never earn less than the local minimum wage.

Qualifications

• Day-shift/early morning availability.
• Self-motivated: able to work hard with minimal supervision.
• A mechanical aptitude.
• Has basic hand tools, cordless screw gun, or impact driver.
• A smartphone and e-mail address.
• Ability to pass a background test.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Reliable transportation.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and repair products and merchandise using manufacturer instructions.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive client relationships.
• Check in with Retailer management to confirm the build list and inventory.
• Generate and complete invoices daily.
• Report to Area Manager and communicate effectively.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and leave a clean build area.
