Job summary

NW Service Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Assembly Technician to work on-site at local retailers such as Home Depot, Walmart, or Lowe's, assembling barbecues, bicycles, lawn equipment, and furniture. This seasonal, part-time role offers flexible scheduling and a ramp-up pay as you learn.

Pay starts per piece, typically $17–$25 per hour, with experienced technicians earning $30+/hour based on productivity. Must be able to stand long hours, lift 50+ pounds, and pass background and drug tests.

Qualifications

• Day-shift/early morning availability.
• Self-motivated: able to work hard with minimal supervision.
• Ability to pass a background test.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
• Reliable transportation.
• Capable of standing and lifting 50+ pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and repair products using manufacturer instructions while following retailer guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
• Check in with Retailer management to confirm build list and inventory.
• Generate and complete invoices daily.
• Report and communicate effectively with Area Manager.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and leave a neat build area.
