Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain Resort is seeking an organized and enthusiastic individual to supervise our Ski and Snowboard School. You will manage lesson assignments, create instructor schedules, and oversee staff training to ensure a memorable experience for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• PSIA/AASI Level II or higher preferred or four years of fulltime teaching experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage lesson activities by assessing guest needs and aligning staff.
• Train staff through orientation and PSIA/AASI methods.
• Schedule staff to ensure proper coverage.
• Monitor lesson quality and assist with special needs.
• Handle service recovery by resolving guest concerns.
• Evaluate employee performance via feedback and reviews.
• Maintain facilities and teaching aids.
• Ensure report accuracy for payroll and incident logs.
• Contribute to the team to achieve related results.
